Return art

Our art prints are tailor-made for you based on your chosen image, size, and your options in our ordering tool, so the right of withdrawal expires. This also applies to all images from our own collection. You can of course return the product if you have a justified complaint about the quality, if the product is damaged and/or if parts are missing. We would like to ask you to follow the three steps below:

1. Notify us!

Do you have a complaint? Comments or complaints about the product after receipt must be reported to us within 4 working days. We would like to handle your complaint as quickly as possible, so that you can quickly enjoy your work of art. After submitting your comment or complaint, you will receive a response from us within 24 hours. You can send your complaint with accompanying photos to info@artbyzensi.com

2. We will send you a return label

We will create a return label for you. We will send you this label by email. Print this label and stick it on the return package. Then hand in the package at a parcel shop of the indicated carrier.

3. You will receive a new work of art, a voucher or the purchase price back.

Depending on your complaint and comments, we will offer you a suitable solution within 3 working days after the product has been returned to us in the form of a new work of art, a voucher or the purchase amount returned to your bank account.
